For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Jonathan Wood & Associates by August 19, 2008. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. After August 19, no refunds will be made.

A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $229 plus taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.

To reserve a room, complete the online registration form or call 201-594-0400 ext. 106, by August 31, 2008.

Do not call the hotel directly. The conference rate is guaranteed from September 18 – September 20, 2008, based on guest room availability. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check out. Room cancellations must be made through Jonathan Wood & Associates no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.
