For registration fees to be refunded, written notice of cancellation must be received by Jonathan Wood & Associates by August 19, 2008. The amount of registration fees remitted, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded. Substitutions are permitted with written notification. After August 19, no refunds will be made.

A block of rooms has been reserved for registrants at a special meeting rate of $229 plus taxes. You must be registered before being assigned a room, which will be available on a first-come basis.
To reserve a room, complete the online registration form or call 201-594-0400 ext. 106, by August 31, 2008.
Do not call the hotel directly. The conference rate is guaranteed from September 18 September 20, 2008, based on guest room availability. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel upon check out. Room cancellations must be made through Jonathan Wood & Associates no later than 5 business days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Otherwise your credit card will be charged for 1 hotel night.
